Where Momentum Meets Purpose

In a scene where consistency is everything and hype fades fast, Dale Hart is building something far more real: momentum you can feel in the rooms.

Rooted in London’s underground, Dale has spent years developing his sound, his network, and his identity within the culture. What makes his rise different isn’t just the music it’s the timing. After years of groundwork, 2025 marked the moment everything began to fall into place.

Where the Influence Began

Dale Hart’s story doesn’t begin in a club, it begins just outside of it.

“I grew up in Buckinghamshire, but have always been heavily connected with West London, given my family's roots.”

This mix between calm and comfort on one end and the constant city exposure on the other gave him a unique entry point into music. But it wasn't until later that he would realize that all those city visits would come into play later on.

“I would say my time studying in Southampton really helped me discover underground and electronic music - the scene at the time was one of the best in the UK.”

What followed wasn’t casual interest, it became obsession.

“This really helped shape my passion and obsession with electronic music as I was raving weekly being educated by so many artists.”

Before the releases and bookings, Dale Hart was fully immersed in the underground as a fan first.

“I was heavily influenced by the underground scene in 2010-2013… I would go raving weekly where I would watch artists like Jamie Jones, Hot Since 82, Joris Voorn play to 400-500 people.”

Those early experiences shaped everything.

“For me, Jamie Jones will always be the one that got me to fall in love with the underground scene and eventually want to become a DJ/artist.”

And it started even earlier than that.

“I’ll always remember the first CD I bought was Phats & Small - Turn Around… then later crossing over into electronic music the passion has always been there.”

That era wasn’t about content or clout.

“There was no social media… the focus was purely on dancing and just having an incredible night.”

Where the Sound Was Formed

From Duo to Platform

Dale’s early career took shape through Hart & Neenan, a partnership that helped define both his sound and direction in the scene.

“I think the time as a duo really helped establish my production skills and direction sound wise.”

At the same time, breaking into the scene wasn’t immediate, which pushed him to think differently about how to create opportunities.

“To be honest, when we first started as a duo - we weren’t playing and saw a gap in the market in London so I founded the brand to give ourselves opportunity to play more regularly and two good friends at the time Kreed & Bastos - who were super sick DJs and it felt like a family.”

What started as a way to get booked evolved into something much bigger.

“That naturally transitioned into a label as I always had an eye for discovering upcoming talent - so wanted to leverage that and translate my vision into a label that would also be showcased at our future events.”

Through Metafloor, Dale didn’t just build a platform for himself he helped open the door for others.

“It feels special, I feel very lucky to have discovered some of these artists before they blew up.”

“Personally, it’s a proud achievement to have artists like Max Dean release his first ever EP with us ‘Earn Ya Keep’ is still one of my fave tunes he’s made.”

Now, with everything he’s built so far, he’s already looking at what comes next for the label.

“Right now, it’s a bit of time where I want to reset the direction of the label as I've not had as much time to focus the past 12 months but I always receive amazing demos - so I'm looking to refresh the brand and take it in a different direction. Keep your eyes peeled!”

As both the project and his sound evolved, the next step became clear.

“There was always a time when I felt it was right, I wanted to push forward as a solo artist and naturally it happened from 2025.

The Breakout Year

2025 marked a real shift in Dale Hart’s career not just in results, but in how he approached his music.

“I spent a good chunk of time last year chasing a specific label whilst making the trending UK sound and found myself forcing it creatively. I also wasn’t really in love with what I was making.”

Instead of continuing down that path, he stepped back and reset.

“I had a bit of a reset in the studio and almost went in with a blank canvas.”

That decision changed everything.

After his Moxy Muzik release, things began to build in a way they hadn’t before.

“I’d say after my MoxyMuzik EP - I noticed my productions improve and getting more consistent support.”

But the real moment of validation came when his music started landing in the right places.

“My ‘I’m So High’ EP got played by Joseph Capriati at Circoloco Thailand and then I noticed more regular support and charting.”

From there, the momentum carried into something bigger.

“It was a really proud moment - it’s such a nice feeling to see your music resonate and reach a wider audience.”

And the results followed.

“I’ve had 3x #1’s on Beatport now so it means so much.”

Built for This Moment

2025 set the tone. Now in 2026, Dale Hart is building on that momentum with a run that’s keeping dancefloors moving.

With a clearer direction, the focus shifted toward making music that felt natural rather than forced, leaning into the energy and sound that resonated most with him.

That shift led directly into his Organ Step EP, a project that quickly started making noise across the scene.

“Organ Step was a fun track to make then I got it over to Hot Since 82 and he slammed it all of last summer at Creamfields, Paradise UNVRS and Elrow b2b with Max Dean.”

Alongside it, another record stood out even more on a personal level.

“Let Me Tell You is my personal favourite and probably the best track I feel I've made to date.”

The response reflected that shift.

“It did really well with support with Josh Baker and Luciano playing it and just has the type of energy and feeling I want to get from tracks I make.”

For the first time, everything felt aligned not just in output, but in identity.

Beyond the Booth

As everything around him continues to grow, Dale keeps a strong sense of balance outside of music something he sees as essential to staying consistent.

Away from music, his routine reflects that same level of discipline.

“In my spare time, I train a lot - I'm very fitness orientated. It’s important not only for my physical health and well-being but my mental health. It helps me stay focused and sharp.”

But it’s not all structure there’s a lighter side to him that comes through just as naturally.

“I also love my football. I’m a huge QPR fan and love my tennis. I play a lot of matches in the summer and have been going to Wimbledon for 10 years.”

That balance between discipline and enjoyment is what allows him to stay locked in creatively while still enjoying everything around it.

“It’s great to have interests outside of music!”

What’s Next ????

With momentum building across both releases and bookings, Dale’s focus is now set firmly on what’s ahead.

“I want to play more international shows, there’s a few more label targets I'm working towards which are dream labels.”

That ambition is already translating into a packed schedule.

“Yes I've got a few bits bubbling - the release schedule for the first half of 2026 is packed.”

Upcoming releases continue to show that Dale has no signs of slowing down, including new music on SubSoil and another EP lined up for later in the year.

“I’ve got music coming out on my good friends label JayC - SubSoil which is a 3-tracker and some more music lined up in between.”

“And then in late summer I've got another EP coming from a dream label which I'm excited to share!”

Beyond releases, new projects are also starting to take shape, including future events and collaborations still in the works.

“I’m also working on a few new projects which I'm looking to launch from May onwards and a new event with a close artist friend - which i can’t wait to share!”

And while everything continues to build, his perspective stays grounded in the process itself.

“I just love making music and being part of this culture. Whatever happens I don't think I can ever leave it.”

With momentum and purpose, Dale Hart is stepping into a phase that feels fully his, and it’s only just getting started.
